Why solve it for the whole building
- Mounting outdoor units on a façade changes the building's appearance, so a project and owners' consent are required. One project for the whole building is cheaper and faster than ten separate ones.
- Uniform grilles and placement keep the façade tidy and reduce disputes between neighbours.
- One equipment series means one supplier, one warranty and simpler servicing.

Standard installation

Up to 5 m of piping, one wall opening, mounting of outdoor and indoor units, start-up and commissioning. Longer runs or work at height are priced on site.
Included in the price
- Delivery of the equipment to the building.
- System test, start-up and user training.
- Manufacturer's warranty on the equipment.
Order 10 sets for the building and the 11th is added at no extra charge
The invoice lists all 11 sets, the last at €0. The set added at no charge is the lowest-priced of those ordered.
Where the 11th set goes, a common-use room or a specific flat, is decided by the owners' meeting. The offer is made to the association, not to any individual.
How it works
- 1Write to us and we send the commercial proposal as a PDF you can present to the board or the meeting.
- 2The meeting decides on the façade rules and the list of flats that want units.
- 3We confirm the models for each flat and issue the final invoice.
- 4Payment is 100% in advance against the invoice. Work takes 3–5 business days from payment and scheduling.
