Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Who handles your data

The data controller is AirProof, UAB (company code 302345678, Kalvarijų g. 125, Vilnius), a partner of CleaningProof. For any data questions, email info@airproof.lt.

What we collect

When you send a request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, message and the products you selected. We also use technical cookies so the site works properly.

Why we use it

We use your contact details only to prepare an offer and get in touch about your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry. We never use your data for marketing or sell it to third parties.

Who we share it with

Your data is seen only by us and the trusted service providers that help run the site (for example EU-based hosting and email). If you place an order, we pass the necessary delivery details to the distributor, who ships the goods directly to you. We don't disclose your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Where and how long we keep it

Data is stored in the European Union. We keep request data for as long as needed to prepare your offer and stay in touch, and afterwards only as long as accounting and legal rules require. When it's no longer needed, we securely delete it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and, with your consent, optional cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy. To exercise these rights, email info@airproof.lt. If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

Contact us

For any privacy questions or data deletion requests, email info@airproof.lt — we reply within 1 business day.

This is a working draft. The final privacy policy will be confirmed by a lawyer before launch.
